This is the third consecutive year Alaant has received this prestigious designation, and again this year, it is the only agency in the Capital Region to be recognized among the nation’s premier recruiting firms.
Alaant was named one of America's Best Professional Recruiting Firms , based on a survey involving thousands of recruiters, human resource managers, and job candidates from across the country.

To develop its list of America’s Best Recruiting Firms, Forbes worked with analytics leader Statista to survey 25,000 recruiters, and 5,000 human resource managers and job candidates, who have worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive and professional search categories. Firms could not nominate themselves; last year’s findings were considered. More than 17,000 nominations were collected, and firms with the most recommendations were ranked highest.
The honor from Forbes is the second prestigious national recognition for Alaant this year. In February, Alaant received the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award from ClearlyRated – also for the third consecutive year. These awards, based exclusively on outstanding service ratings given by companies, candidates and placed employees served, are earned by fewer than 2 percent of all recruiting firms in North America.
