Miranda March is a Digital Communications Specialist with Alaant Workforce Solutions. In this role, she leads all marketing, advertising, communication and promotional activities, spearheading promotion of Alaant’s corporate brand and building engagement with both clients and job seekers. Her responsibilities include overseeing a wide array of digital communication tools, from the corporate website, social media channels and e-marketing to online job postings and Alaant’s presence on industry platforms such as Glassdoor and Google Business.
Since joining Alaant in 2007, Miranda has learned every aspect of the recruiting industry, developing subject matter expertise that makes her a valuable resource. This includes conducting research and generating data analytics to support maximum utilization of the company’s ATS, databases and systems, and to assist the organization in understanding local hiring trends, enhancing reputation management, and creating and executing business strategy.
A strong believer in making employment opportunities available for all, Miranda volunteers on the marketing committee of the Capital District Women’s Employment Resource Center. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking up new recipes for her family, and is a video game aficionado who not only loves playing anything – especially Nintendo – but has amassed an impressive collection of video games, systems and collectibles.
