Bio
Megan Ermalowicz is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Alaant Workforce Solutions. She is passionate about working closely with hiring managers to get a keen sense of the skill sets they desire, and thrives on finding the right fit for both the client and candidate. Since joining Alaant in 2019, she has assisted companies in securing top professionals to fill information technology, accounting, sales, human resources, and administrative roles, among others.
The technology sector is a recognized strength for Megan. She is a Certified Tech Recruiter, having completed a rigorous six-course curriculum designed to assist non-technical professionals in building productive relationships with technical clients, candidates and colleagues. In addition, she leads the Capital District Women in Technology user group, which enables her to network and build solid connections throughout the region’s tech industry.
Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in communication at the University at Buffalo, and along with the Bulls, she enjoys cheering on Syracuse and Notre Dame during college football and basketball seasons. When she’s not working, she’s always up for an adventure, from tending to the family’s animal menagerie, which includes a horse and chickens, to exploring new places on snowshoes with the entire crew in tow.
