In receiving the 2021 Best of Staffing® Client Diamond Award, Alaant is recognized for earning this honor from employers for the 5th consecutive year. In addition, Alaant has achieved the Best of Staffing® Talent Award in each of the 3 years it has applied. Fewer than 2% of all recruiting firms in the U.S. and Canada are chosen to receive the awards.

The Best of Staffing® awards are presented by ClearlyRated, the world’s leading provider of client and job candidate service quality research for staffing agencies. These are the only awards in the U.S. and Canada that recognize firms proven to provide superior service based completely on ratings determined by third party, validated survey responses.
According to the survey, Alaant received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 81% of the employers it works with – up from 80% last year, and far exceeding the industry average of 38%. Its employer Net Promoter Score, which measures the willingness to recommend its services to others, was 76%, far above the industry average of 28%.
Meanwhile, 92% of placed candidates gave Alaant scores of 9 or 10 out of 10, up from 82% the previous year, and significantly above the industry average of 40%. Its candidate Net Promoter Score was also 92%, far higher than the industry average of 18%.
According to ClearlyRated, both clients and job seekers that work with winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with services provided, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies.
