In winning the 2022 Best of Staffing® Client Diamond Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award, presented by ClearlyRated, Alaant is among fewer than 2% of all recruiting firms in the U.S. and Canada to be recognized. This is the 6th consecutive year Alaant has earned the Best of Staffing® Client Diamond Award for outstanding service to its clients. Alaant received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 88% of its clients, more than double the industry average of 41%. In addition, its Net Promoter Score of 82% – indicating it provides exceptionally high levels of service to its staffing clients – nearly tripled the industry average of 29%.
Meanwhile, Alaant has been recognized in each of the 4 years it has applied for the Best of Staffing® Talent Award for exceptional service to its candidates. Alaant received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 74% of its placed job candidates, far above the industry average of 40%, and its Net Promoter Score of 70% nearly quadrupled the industry average of 18%.
On average, both clients and placed candidates that work with winning agencies are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with services provided, as compared to those working with non-winning agencies, according to ClearlyRated.
