It’s not surprising that many are in favor of a 4 day work week- but why? If your company is considering this be sure it works for more than just your customers, make sure it works for your employees too. Some companies have become less flexible when shifting to a 4 day work week. That is not likely what you are aiming for so before you make any changes, talk to your employees, find out HOW this may or may not work for them, while still promoting flexibility and getting the job done too.
