It’s good to see so many companies open to rehiring past employees. With the tight job market it is an advantage to look at past employees who left in good standing. There is less lead time needed for onboarding and the company legacy knowledge is already built it. Additionally, benefits can include new skills that the employee may have learned while away and a greater sense of loyalty because you welcomed them back.
