Summer schedules can be tough for hiring managers. It’s hard to nail down interview panels when you have to balance all those summer vacations, long weekends, etc. The danger of moving slowly is that candidates often become frustrated and disillusioned with long cycles. It may also deter future candidates. Consider postponing your job post until schedules free up OR have alternate hiring managers step in and be part of that process from the beginning.
