How many is too many? Often times, companies invite candidates back for more discussions than are necessary. This is usually so everyone feels like they had a say in the decision. Let's rethink this philosophy. If you have a plan and a process, identifying and getting candidates to clearly explain their experience for those CORE areas should be straight forward and quick.
