Hi everyone, Lauren Valentine, with Alaant, back to talk about our latest question of the week results. We surveyed and wanted to know what people are most thankful for in their current roles, and the feedback was a powerful reminder of what leaders can do to truly create a great work environment. So, of course, we're going to talk about it.

Most people are thankful for both growth and job security. Not surprising, having a great workplace culture came in second, and having a healthy work-life balance came in third. This data is consistent with what we've been seeing for a while now. People want growth, stability, balance and a great culture for leaders. Take note this is your roadmap. When employees feel valued and supported in these areas, they're more productive.
