Recognition from Forbes: What it Means to Us
We were proud and excited to learn that Alaant Workforce Solutions was selected by Forbes as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms for 2021. This marks the 5th consecutive year we’ve received this prestigious recognition, but this year feels even more special, given the challenges that we, along with all businesses, faced throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
This honor provided an opportune moment to reflect on the past year; not only the difficulties, but also the successes. As the turbulence and uncertainty of the initial months began to subside, it became clear that not only would we survive this pandemic, we would emerge with a number of positives that we continue to build on.
An amazing staff steps up
The team at Alaant has always done incredible work. They’re smart, talented, passionate about what they do, and committed to the success of our clients. They work hard and demonstrate integrity in every interaction. They are exactly the people you want working on your organization’s behalf, particularly in the area that is the lifeblood of any business: attracting, acquiring, engaging and retaining top professionals.
During the trying times of the past year, our staff rose to the occasion. They adjusted to new work schedules, systems and processes; helped each other tackle issues that arose; and maintained their dedication to seeing our clients and candidates succeed. It was a joy to witness and a pleasure to be part of, and it lets us know we have the right people in place as we move forward.
Operations, programs and services adjusted seamlessly
We’ve long been proponents of remote work, flexibility and technology, and the changes forced by the pandemic made it clear we’re on the right track. Our team shifted seamlessly to remote work, and used technology to stay connected with our clients and each other. As a result, we were able to maintain and, in some cases, improve our services – expediting job searches, streamlining interviews, and accelerating the hiring and onboarding processes. In fact, we’ve built a more responsive approach that will serve us, our clients and candidates well in the future.
Our commitment to relationships was reinforced
At Alaant, we seek to be more than a vendor. Our goal is to be a partner with the organizations for whom we’re privileged to work. The only way to do that is to build enduring, long-term relationships that drive business and professional success. More than that, they foster trust and respect that help employers overcome difficult situations – like the pandemic – and advance their businesses. Those relationships mean the world to us, and we are fortunate to be continuing to grow them with existing and new clients that have a similar outlook.
Receiving recognition from an organization like Forbes is humbling, but to know we were able to deliver results despite the challenges of the pandemic – and make an impact for our clients and community – is especially rewarding. As the economy recovers, we’re excited to help additional businesses position themselves for future growth. Contact us today and let’s get the conversation started!
