Denise Anderson is the Director of Human Resources at Alaant Workforce Solutions. A member of the senior management team, she leads Alaant’s initiatives aimed at promoting and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond. She has received certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Leading and Sustaining a Culture Transformation, which offers unique insight on the importance and impact of cultivating an inclusive workplace, and provides tools and techniques to foster a culture of inclusion.
With over 24 years of experience in the employment services industry, Denise has served in every role in a staffing office, from recruiting, sales and account management to operations management, payroll and billing. In addition to overseeing Alaant’s diversity and community engagement initiatives, she also directs the firm’s HR and finance/payroll operations.
In her off hours, Denise likes to keep busy and help others: her newest adventure involves working part-time as a licensed real estate agent. When it’s time to relax, you can usually find her staying physically active through hiking, biking, kayaking or walking; enjoying the water on her boat; or doting on her two rescues, a dog and cat who sometimes pop in on Zoom calls.
