Susan Lundberg is a Special Advisor at Alaant Workforce Solutions. For more than two decades, she has been at the forefront of connecting technology professionals with organizations in New York’s Capital Region, helping candidates build successful careers and companies develop skilled teams to increase revenue and accelerate growth.
In 1999, Susan founded Capital Tech Search, which specialized in full-time Information Technology (IT/IS) placements, and provided organizations with the tools and perspective necessary to strategically address their IT staffing needs. After Capital Tech Search was acquired by Alaant in 2020, she joined Alaant as a special advisor, where she continues to help employers attract, engage and retain technology professionals, particularly in the fast-growing software development sector.
Susan is also the founder of the New York Tech Loop (501c6), which is designed to bring attention to the Capital Region’s nearly 100 software shops and support attraction of new talent. For her efforts, she was recognized in 2019 with the CEG Technology Awards Judges’ Choice: Technology Connector honor.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Susan lived and worked in California and New Jersey before returning to her hometown to establish her business. In her off time, you’re most likely to find her on a golf course, as a member of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Capital Region; on the ski slopes; or at a swimming pool, where she is returning to her roots as a high school and college diver and giving back as a Section II high school swim official.
