Lynne is Alaant Workforce Solutions’ Office and Talent Assistant, where she plays a key role in supporting the team’s daily operations. She provides comprehensive administrative assistance and supports payroll ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal staff alike. Her keen attention to detail and organizational skills help keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. 

Lynne joined Alaant in 2022 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Plattsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Her passion for working with people and strong communication skills naturally led her to the recruiting industry, where she thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Outside of work, Lynne enjoys going on walks, spending time with family and friends, spoiling her cat Cupcake, and discovering new coffee shops wherever she travels.
