Having spent more than a decade in recruiting and HR tech, and with demonstrated expertise in HR best practices and candidate experience, he is recognized as an industry expert in sourcing and hiring elite professionals for positions in finance, engineering, human resources, and project management.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked with a variety of organizations, from local firms and startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them to hire top talent and build high-performing teams. From his start in recruiting project managers for pharmaceutical industry clients across the Tri-State area, he transitioned into HR tech, where he spent 10 years in sales positions for predictive analytics and behavioral testing companies. In those roles, he developed a unique ability to take a data-driven approach to client partnerships, delivering ROI by increasing the quality of new hires.
Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Stonehill College. In his off time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time outdoors, where during the summer months, you’re likely to see him enjoying Lake George with his wife, family and friends.
