Amy Stringer is a Director of Operations and Talent at Alaant Workforce Solutions. A member of the senior management team, she is responsible for daily operations at Alaant, overseeing critical areas ranging from sales, recruiting, contracts and employee relations to IT and administrative functions. She also provides expertise in managing state and local government RFP and procurement processes.
Starting with a 3-day temp assignment in a staffing firm, Amy now has more than 25 years of industry experience, including 15 years in account management. She excels in guiding clients seamlessly through each step of the hiring process: defining the role, competitive analysis, recruitment, selection and onboarding. Taking a consultative and supportive approach, she has successfully recruited top-notch employees to fill engineering, technical and warehouse roles, among many others.
In her off hours, Amy loves to whip up gourmet meals for her family and friends; serves as a board member for Greenbush Child Caring, a non-profit school-age child care organization; and roots like crazy for her hometown Red Sox, Patriots or Bruins, depending on the season.
